Printing booklets - Access 2003

I have created 5.5" x 8.5" forms in Access 2003 that I want to print 2 up in
landscape format on 8.5" x 11" paper as a booklet. My printer supports
booklet printing but when I print the forms they print two up okay but are
resized to much smaller than 5.5" x 8.5". I have set paper margins to 0.16"
(smallest avaialbe) for the page. Autoresize is off for the form.

Any ideas how I might print these. I have over 300 records to print.

Thanks!

Sorry but about this - your not going to like it :)

Don't print the form.

You need to create a report based on the form's data. I would suggest you
base the form on a query and then build a report based on the same query.
Reports have a page set up feature and also a print setup (which includes
booklet - if you printer spports this. Don't forget that you can set up to
print booklet with duplex printing - I think this is what you're looking for).

So, don't print a form, print report

In the past, I've used ClickBooks, from Blue Squirrel Software, to print
booklets, mostly from various versions of Microsoft Word, but occasionally
Access reports. I have not had a booklet requirement recently, but the look
I took at printing booklets with Word and my printer made me think I might
to back to ClickBooks if I did.

In these days of "Open Source", you might find some freeware with similar
capabilities.
