Printing book fold

I have typed our safety manual in word 2000 but can't get it to print out
like a book...I have it printing on landscape and want each typed page to be
printed on 1/2 of the paper.

In the margins I have it set up as book fold and for pages I have all. How
else do I need to set this up?

The "Book fold" option was introduced in Word 2002, so there is no way to do
this directly in Word 2000. But see
