Printing

I have a document set up that is 8½x11 . I have set up would be I have it st
up as a book fold - landscape - sheets per book = all. No matter WHAT I do -
it prints ALL pages in the file. There is NO WAY I have found to make it
print just the pages I ask it to print. I do not use Word very often, I know
the Adobe products well, however I HAVE to use this product to print this
particular file. I am at a complete loss. ANY assistance I can get would be
greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately, "Book fold" has many limitations, one of the greatest of
which is its entirely unpredictable behavior when you try to (re)print
specific pages. *Theoretically*, if you ask it to print, say, page 1, it
should print pages n and 1 on one side and pages 2 and n-1 on the other, but
often you get only one of these four, or an entirely blank sheet, or
something entirely else.

If you have Word 2007 (or Adobe Acrobat) and can print to PDF and then
create a booklet that way, that reportedly works better. Alternatively, on a
copy, change the "Multiple pages" setting to "2 pages per sheet" and enter
in the Pages box just the specific pages you want to print, in the order in
which they would appear on the sheet.
