printers missing!

Printers directory in control panel is missing after install Win vista SP1

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print sub keys are
missing too. Only have environments key under Print.

how can i resolve this problem ?

Is the spooler service running? Start Orb>Search Box>type: services.msc and
click on services.msc when it appears above. Or Start>Run>services.msc
[enter]

Scroll down and see. If it isn't, try and start it.

If that doesn't work, you'll need to post back with a lot more information
about your printers, your printing, environment, whether this is a domain
workstation or not, and the text of any error messages you've received.
Also please provide the answer to The First Question of Troubleshooting:
what changed between the time things worked and the time they didn't?
