printers disappear

I have a user who is having an odd printing issue. Whenever she tries to
print to a high-traffic network printer that is printing a large job, it
basically deletes the printer from the printer folder, and she is unable to
print anything. If she reboot the PC, this resolves the issue for a little
while, but it will happen again. If anyone has any suggestions on what to
look at, I would appreciate the help as I am stumped.

Hi,

I've never heard of this. Are you saying it's only ONE printer in your
whole organization? What make/model/driver etc. How is the printer
connected, and how is the print server cofig'd? What does the event log
say on her PC?
