Printers are gone...

Hi
i've XP installed. and various Network printer connected.
If i print out of Outlook or IE ,it may works a few
times.then i cant print anymore (No printer installed) if
i restart my lokal print spooler the printerapear again
and i can print.
What can i do to solve that? Any help is welcome.

There's a good possibility that the Print Server does not have appropriate,
Windows XP compatible drivers installed on it.
