Printer

I cannot use my printer..........each time I try the words "Print spooler
services not running," or "you need to install a printer." I tried using
system restore but to no avail. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I have tried this method ( command prompt) and what the command wound up
saying was The dependancy service or group failed to start. Any suggestions
