the printer I have I bought coloured cartridge for it but
it does not seem to work properly when I check cartridge
(the coloured one and the black) on the control programme
(I have a (lexmark Z53 printer)they both show full in the
diagram which happened with the last coloured one I had,
it showed full but will not print out any colour. The
black one works.

I dont think I need a new colour cartridge. Any ideas?
