Printer working but will not print specific document

Have received Word Document from trusted source. It will not print, the
printer (HP Office Jet Pro L7580) comes up with an out of paper error
message. The printer has paper, is working and prints other documents. Same
occurs when trying to print this document from Laptop (XP Pro and Office
2003) or Desk Top (Vista and Office 2007)

Check the Paper tab of Page Setup to see what paper tray is specified. Very
likely, if you received the document from someone else, and the setting is
anything other than "Default tray (Auto select)," it is a tray that your
printer doesn't have.
