Printer won't work

My printer says jobs pending but will not print. When I shut down and
restart, it will work. but only once and then the same thing happens...I have
reinstalled the printer, but it still won't work without shutdown and
restart. Help!

It is a Dell computer and printer AIO (all in one) A920, connected USB. I just deleted program and reinstalled AGAIN. It printed once and the second time, said job pending... AGHHHHH

Ah, OK, it's a rebadged Lexmark printer.....

Uninstall as per my instructions at:

Download a new set of drivers from the Dell website at:

Memo to self, remember to work without cat near keyboard!

OK, continuing on with part 3 (and deepest apologies)....

After downloading the drivers from the Dell website at:
http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/index.aspx?c=us&cs=19&l=en&s=dhs

Install the driver package and do NOT reconnect the printer to the PC until
the software tells you to do so.

How is it feeling now?
