Printer Sharing

I have a computer running xp and a lexmark x73 printer
and a computer running 98, when trying to print from the
98 to lexmark through xp, printer cannot be found.I go
into network neighborhood and click printer "access
denied" appears. Any help please?

Hi,

What XP do you have? home or pro? In any case, create a user on the xp
machine, give this user full control over the shared printer. In win98 log
on with the same use and password you have created on the xp machine,
connect to the shared printer and install the win98 drivers.

It should work, from what you say it looks like a persmission problem on the
shared printer.
