Printer sharing with Windows 2000

I have a lexmark printer attached to XP PC. I want to
share this printer with another 2000 PC. Boths PC share a
DSL through switch for internet. The 2000 PC can't Ping
the xp PC, but the XP PC can ping the 2000 PC by IP. So
the 2000 PC can't see the printer on the XP PC. Both PCs
belong to the same workgroup. Please help.
