Printer sharing with Netgear MR814 wireless cable router

I'd like to share the printers we have which are connected
to the Netgear cable MR814 Wireless modem Hub with1-
Windows98, 1-2000 and 1-XP machines attached via CAT5 and
a notebook using Netgear wireless card. Is this possible
without having a tech set it up?

Why wouldn't it be possible? Of course, only you can answer whether or
not you need a tech to do this. I assume the printers are connected
wired to the router. All the operating systems you mention can use the
resources of a network printer.
