Printer sharing between 2 computers using XP Home

This is driving me nuts... any suggestions would be appreciated.

I have a PC and a laptop both running XP home edition. Both have a wireless
NIC, and both connect to the same wireless router, which is connected to a
cable modem for internet access.

I have a printer attached locally (via a USB Cable) to the PC. I have turned
on file/print sharing on both the PC and the laptop, and have shared the
printer from the PC. I have also turned off the firewall on both the PC and
the laptop. However, I still can't see the printer when I try to add it on
the laptop - When I browse for the printer, nothing at all shows under the
"Microsoft Windows Network".

Am I missing a step? I'm not very network-savy, but followed the
instructions given in the XP help forum to a T and it still doesn't show up.

Thanks in advance for any help you're able to offer.

Make sure both the PC and laptop are both in the same workgroup. You can
check it in Start -> Control Panel -> System -> Computer Name.
