printer redirection to 2 sessions with other clients

I have a client on PC702, with session id 697 that makes several printer
connections like:

Hp LaserJet 1100/PC753/Session 11/PC702/Session 697
Hp LaserJet 6L/PC234/Session 10/PC702/Session 697
Hp LaserJet 1100/PC702/Session 697

All printer connections are newly created today. The client has only one
printer locally installed (HP LaserJet 1100).
Where does the first 2 come from? Does they have effect on bandwidth?

Are you sure this user has only one concurrent RDP Session? Is there another
logged-on user using the same logon credentials?

This looks like the user is logging onto a session from within another
session, i.e. User logged onto Terminal Server, then opens another RDP
session to the same box, hence the double session names.
