Hi,
I have a printer setup on server A wiht print share. Is it possible to
setup dummy printer share on server B and dummy print share will print
(redirect) to print share on server A which as physical resource? Any tips
or info will be appreciated.

Thank you in advance,

JC

the easiest way to get this working:

Install Print services for Unix on server A

Add shared printers to server A

Add shared printers to server B using Standard TCP/IP Port in LPR byte count
enabled mode which point to the LPD service on server A.

Windows resource kit has prnadmin.dll and associated scripts to perform bulk
port and printer creations on Win2k. If one of the servers is Win2k3 you
can use the prn*.vbs scripts in system32.
