Printer properties

microsoft

Running XP Pro and HP laserjet 9000. when i veiw the printer properties
either in a document or from the control panel, theyare in Arabic as opposed
to english.

tried reinstalling machine and nothing changed. removed additional language
support and all i get are symbols. this happens only in the printer
properties.

your help would be appreciated.

It sounds like you have the Arabic driver installed.
Remove the printer and driver completely; then reinstall using the English
version.
