Printer Properties and Fonts

Deb

I'm reposting this hoping to get an answer. If anyone
needs more information let me know.

Thanks

I have an issue with our network printers on one
computer. We have Windows 2003 server and the desktop is
Windows 2000. We have all HP printers and the local
printer properties are fine, but the network printers are
having an issue with printer preferences. The first
driver screen is perfect, but when you go to printer
preferences the screen is too large and you can't get to
all the options. I tried to reinstall the driver locally
and do pure IP printing, but that did not resolve the
issue. This user has a lot of fonts that she installed
(graphic design) and I thought maybe the fonts were
corrupt. Is there a specific font I should reinstall? If
so how? Has anyone else run into this?

Thanks in advanced.

I have tried this, but it's not an issue of resolution.
Something looks wrong in the driver properties like the
font is corrupt, it's looks like a typewriter print.
