What printer, what OS? Are you sure the supplied drivers are for *your* OS
version?
Nobody can help you unless you provide complete information about your
environment and system. It would also help if you could describe exactly
what happens when you try to print, including any error messages displayed.
For starters, it sounds like the independent functions (copy, scan) are OK,
but that your PC is not communicating with the printer. Uninstall all
printer-related software and drivers, then reinstall after carefully reading
the instructions provided with the unit.
