Printer Problem

Hi I've just insatalled xp pro,and now i can't print i've
gone thru the trouble shooting wizard several times and i
still get <problem communicating with the printer.the
printer is connected via usb please help.

Check your printers website to make sure it's XP compatible and download the
XP drivers for your printer.

Greg, you have to install the WinXP Printer Drivers. Go to the
manufacturers web site and if the printer is not a antique
you should find drivers for it. Install the drivers first before you
hook up the printer.

contact printer manuf. site
example: www.printer_name.com

or check www.driverguide.com for same printer name/type.

Did you check you printer for any obstructions my

computer said the same and i found out it was a match
blocking it ok
