Printer problem

Hi

i have a problem under XP to connect to a Networkprinter
i get the following message

"A policy is in effect on your computer which prevents you
from connecting to this printer queue. Please contect your
system administrator"

The Domain Admin can connect to the printer ist only the
Domain user where i get this message.
The Domain User have full access to the Printers.

Have someone a idea how can i fix this Problem
