Printer Problem In XP Home

[Ugly Trick]

I can not print envelopes. Everything else prints fine. I have Works 9, but
I had works 2000 before. It printed envelopes fine until I upgraded from
Windows 98 SE. I have tried reinstalling the printer software and installing
new printer drivers. No results. Does anyone have a solution. If so, please
share it with me.
