Printer Permissions

all the MS resources say to set printer permissions, Open Printers and
Faxes, click on the printer in question.
HOLD DOWN the Ctrl Key, Right-Click on the printer, Select Properties and
then the Security Tab.

Never happens on any XP machine I have tried - I have never seen a Security
Tab - so how do I do this - I have Admin Rights.

Works fine for me but I don't hold down the CTRL tab. Are you on XP home or
Pro?
