I am running a small domain of about 75 pc's with 2003SBS
and 95% of my clients running 2000pro the rest xp pro,
all of them just basic 'domain users' and i cannot
install a networked printer these machines running
2000pro. I get a message that says i dont have the
permission on my machine to edit these changes, or
something bizzar like that, but the XP machines install
the printers in 2 seconds flat. one more thing with the
2000pro clients is when i login as admin and install the
printer, it installs fine, but when i log back in as the
user it is not enabled as the default printer,cannot be
enabled as the default printer. I can print a test page,
but nothing from any applications. I also am running
mandatory roaming profiles on my network aswell. any help
would be greatly apreciated
