printer path

When I add a printer to my PC it says it's "Laserjet5 on bjf1", i've got Quickbooks and it says it can't recognize the printer with the lowercase word "on" in the path. Is there a way to edit that path to capitalize the "o"?

The Shared Name of the Printer should be 12 characters/numbers or less with
NO SPACES in it.
