Printer Installation Problems

Hi,

Even though I've installed my HP Deskjet 930C printer with the latest up to
date drivers, downloaded from the internet, my PC still says it's found new
hardware every time it boots up. The printer is installed correctly and
works fine, but I get the 'New hardware found' message accompanied by a
'Files Needed' box saying 'The file 'hpfntkm0.dll' on (Unknown) is needed'. If I
find the file, (which is on the PC already), it goes though the
installation process, but at the end says that the printer installation has
failed.

Any help would be appreciated
