Printer index out of range

Win XP Pro in Win2K SBS domain; printer driver install on AD controller and
shared. Printer driver pushed to workstations using global printer install
option via PrintUI.

I am getting a "Printer index out of range" error when attempting to print a
couple of Crystal Reports. There is no problem with any other types of
documents, nor with many other Crystal Reports. From some other posts out
there on the Net, however, I believe that this may not be a Crystal-specific
issue. Is "printer index" a standard Windows reference, and if so, any ideas
about the source of the problem?
