Printer Help

I just put in new ink cartridges in my EPSON STYLUS CX46000 printer. I have
tried to charge the ink out of the cartridges so it will print, but it
doesn't. When it prints only blank pages come out. The printer says it is
using black ink, but it really isn't. I know this has to be some small
problem and I am just to lazy to figure it out. Please help, thanks!

I am new to this forum and just have a simple question. I want to check the
status of my black and color ink cartridges, I have a HP Photosmart 2610, and
don't know where to go and the paperclip is absolutely useless. Please help.
I don't want to change a cartridge that is not empty.
