Printer Error

I recently installed a new printer cartridge in my Epson C86 printer. Since
then I am getting an error message stating: General Error: " Delete all print
jobs and turn printer off. After a few minutes, turn printer back on." which
I have done numerous times and no luck. Please could anyone help, my printer
is totally inoperable.

Did you remove the clear tape from the bottom of the cartridge?

Try removing the new printer cartridge and reinstall it. Be sure to
follow all the steps correctly.
