printer color

hey, how are you doing? My printer is printing green like
for example, I print a picture of a person and the person
comes green instead of brown. The picture comes out
different than the one on screen. Can somebody please tell
me whats going on and what do I have to do? Thank you!

Could be a dozen things, "vanity". It sound like you're out of ink! It could
be a driver problem - is the driver up to date? Maybe there are other
things, but it would be guessing. go to Start/Settings/Control Panel and
click 'Printers and Faxes'. Right click on your printer and select
Properties.

I'm fine, thank you, but you haven't provided enough information to get
a good answer. Post back with the name of your printer; i.e., HP
Deskjet 720C. Did it always do this? Does the printer come with a
"toolbox" so you can troubleshoot it? Have you been to the printer
mftr.'s website and looked for updated drivers and tech support? Post
back with necessary details if you want help.
