Printer and Scanner Wizards

I cannont seem to access the Printer Wizard. I went into
the control panel, and selected printers and other
hardware. I then selected view printers and obtained a
blank screen. I then selected add a printer, with the
same result.

I have been able to access the Printer Wizard previously,
but now no longer can do so.

Ensure your print spooler is running....

From the command prompt, type

net start spooler

(and remember to hit enter)

My print spooler has been running and I still can't get
to the add print wizards. Nor can I access the server
properties. This is obviously a problem in Windows yet
Microsoft has said a word.
