Please help us to help you. What browser are you using? Is it all web pages
or just some? What does "I am unable to" mean? What happens when you try? If
you get an error message, please quote it verbatim.

Like Blake said, you should have informed us on what browser you are using,
but if you're using the notorious <g> Internet Explorer, have a look here:
