I have a problem when I do my print screen. The hard copy come out with
symbols like arrows

How are you doing your "print screen"?

Try this...

1) Press the PrtSc button
2) Open Microsoft Paint program
3) Select Edit-> Paste
4) Select File -> Print

You have misunderstood.
1. Information saved by Alt PrintScreen is in BMP
format.
2. You cannot type BMP files. They are correctly
viewed or printed through an appropriate graphics
application, e.g. MSPrint.
