Print susbsystem is unavailable

On a windows 2000 file and print server, the print spooler
is stopping unexpectably. Windows 2000 pro workstations
that are trying to print to a printer on the F&P server
receive this error. "Print subsystem is unavailable" Help

The quick fix is to set the print spool service recovery
to restart automatically. If you go to the properties of
the print spooler in the services window and select the
recovery tab you can set it to restart after all 3
failures. Then check the event viewer for what error you
get when the print spooler craps out. You probably have a
bad driver, Microshaft doesnt support all the drivers even
from the mega print companies.
