print spooler won't start!!!!

hey people!
I am trying to install my Lexmark 75 All-in-one
printer. When the software tries to load it says that my
print spooler is turned off. I know that you go to
Administrative tools and try to turn it on, but I
continue getting error messages. I have also tried doing
it through the command prompt menu, and also get error
messages! If anyone knows how to fix this please help! I
tried getting help from a stupid DELL TECHINCIAN, but
they want to charge me 30 dollars because it
is 'software'... is it my fault the print spooler is no
on? NOOO, wasn't it there job to turn it on!!!!! I HATE
DELL!!!! PLEASE HELP MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

The usual reason for the print spooler to be not running is misbehaving
printer drivers.
