Print spooler service terminated unexpectedly

Hello
First of all sorry if I'm in wrong group!

I have a following problem!
I have about 15 users connecting to my Teminal server running in Application
mode!
W 2K server, clients W2K Professional.
All clients have printers connected on LPT port!
From time to time all printers dissapear on TS.
And I have to restart the server or start manualy the Print spooler!
In event viewer I have a message Print Spooler service terminated
unexpectedly.Event ID 7031!

First I thougt it's about Blaster or Welchia Worm, but I have patches
installed, both for Server and clients, used Blaster and welchia removal
tool from Symantec and also have Norton Antivirus Installed on both server
and clients (with newes virus definitions)!
On the Internet I found that there is a fix for the problem included in W2K
SP4 but I still have a problem!

Anyone has an idea??

Thanks

A crashing spooler is typical of a bad printer driver. I
would make sure you have only tested printer drivers
installed on your terminal server, and if you have any
third party printer drivers on it, I would search for
either newer versions or totally remove them and use the
ntprint.inf file to map printer drivers to those printers.

Even though you have one driver installed, it can still
cause your spooler to crash. You might want to remove it
and use the ntprint.inf file to remap that printer to use
a different driver, like an HP LaserJet 4 driver.

Check out this article about ntprint.inf file:
