Print Spooler issues!!! MAJOR!

Ok so... I go to add a printer and it says "Opperation could not be
completed. Print Spooler Service is not running" so i followed directions
that told me to start the print spooler, but when i go to start it, it says
"Could not start the Print Spooler service on Local Computer. Error 1068: The
dependency service or group failed to start." My computer has crashed in the
past it is a Toshiba Satellite M35X-S309 and before it crashed it all worked
fine!! All I want to do is print stuff from this computer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
this is driving me crazy...

Oh you have a Lexmark or a Dell (which is a Lexmark with a different badge)
and it's nothing major wrong here, so stop panicking.

Simply follow steps 15 through 17 at Bruce Sanderson's website.
