print spooler issue

I just bought this computer which has windows xp as the
op sys, and i am trying to install a lexmark z605
printer. What occurs is an error about some type of
spooler BS. I am pretty much a rookie at this stuff, so I
would appreciate any assistance on that level.
 
Ok I would remove the printer in a similar mannor that you
put it in... then install it again if that does nothing
then try going onto Lexmarks Website (Easy to Use) and
then download the lastest drivers for the printer you
have...

Install them and if still no joy then I would E-Mail
Lexmark Technical Support explaining the problem and they
will assist you with your problem further...
