Print Spooler hangs with application popup

Hi! :)

No, there is no Novell client currently installed on the machine. We have
user Novell earlier though but I'm quite sure it's never been installed on
this installation of windows.

If you are talking about the clients though I suspect quite a few still have
a Novell client installed...
