Is there any way to increase the size of the print on the command buttons and
icons .( file. insert. etc)

Do you mean the Menu commands File, Edit, Insert...?

You must do that in Windows and it will affect all of your applications.
The method will depend on the version of Windows you are using XP or Vista.
