Print Server looses all printers

Has anyone seen this and if so is there a cure. I have a
windows 2K print server that on occasion will loose all of
its printers. If I reboot the server the printers show up
but this has occured several times and it is somewhat of a
pain at 2 AM in the morning.
 
What model printer?
How much RAM on the Print Server?
Have you the latest drivers for your printer?
How is the printer conected? (JetDirect, IP Printing, etc)
Any messages in the event log?
What Service Pack is on the Print Server?
