Print Preferences

How can I select what fields I print?
At the moment Only a few fields are printed (the 2nd
business number, the notes... don't print)
Thank you for any information
 
The view you are printing from will need to show the fields you want to
print. For example, if you have a table view that only shows the name,
address and phone number, those are the only fields that will print.
