Print Plain Text Emails in the same manner as HTML emails i.e. se.

I'm tired of throwing away paper. When printing HTML emails you can select
the actual page numbers you want to print however when printing PLAIN TEXT
emails you can only print ODD or EVEN pages.

As our business communication is almost entirely via email we print hard
copies of all correspondence. When an email is 14 pages long and you only
want to print the last page of the discussion - you have to throw out 6 pages
each time.

Do that with 30-40 emails per day and it's costing a fortune in wasted paper.
