Print out does not match print preview

I have an Access report that is based on a crosstab
query. I followed Microsoft Knowledge Base Article 328320
to build the report.

The report shows exactly what I want in preview window,
but when I print it, the last line of the report is shown
in place of all the lines. I can print it and have it
come out correctly by selecting the report in the database
window and right-click print.

How can I get the report to print correctly when in
preview?
