print log to reduce paper wastage

My users seem don't care about the environment, they abuse the printing
system & always don't collect the printouts or keep reprint what they want.

Any free good tool(s) which can log the number of pages each user use the
printer via the Win2000 server print queue ?

You could try the "Printer Usage Monitoring Application" -

It's not free but if you are a charity or non profit organisation (as
opposed to just cheap) we can probably come to an arrangement.
