Print Issue...

I cannot add or delete any printer. This error I received as follow:

Restrictions:
This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator.


Does anyone know how I can correct this problem?

The ID you are logged in as does not have permissions to add printers.
AS the message says, contact the system admininstrator. If you are the
Adminstrator, log in with the Admininstrator ID and change this control
in the Local Security Policy.
