Print into File, now get back content

Hello,

a file was printed into a file (port FILE with an older hp laserjet
driver. Now I have the output file, but this is no postscript.
I know that it is possible to send this file with copy /b filename
LPT1, but I don't have this printer.
Can I somehow get a pdf or postscript file out of that file?

The file begins with:
Hex: 1B
%-12345X@PJL COMMENT HP LaserJet 4V ...
