Print entire workbook

Seems like this should be easy, but is there a way to choose to print
the entire workbook without printing each worksheet individually?

... or (IIRC) select all the sheets before you print. Remember to select
only one afterwards ... you can do a lot of damage quickly by selecting
multiple sheets

I have a similar problem:

I am running "Office 2004 for Mac" in OS X 10.3.9.
I want to convert an Excel workbook - which is a .xls file - to a PDF file.
Nominally, the print dialog window provides that capability. You need to
select :
- "Print What: Entire Workbook"
- Click on the PDF icon
- Click on Save As PDF
Indeed, when I do that, I see interim small windows that indicate that each
worksheet in the workbook is being converted, in turn.
However, the resulting PDF file comprises only the last sheet of the workbook.
Does anyone else have that problem?
Does anyone know how to get the PDF file to comprise all the worksheets in
the workbook?

Hello -

Not an easy thing to do because of the XL file structure & how it sends data
to the 'printer'. Although I haven't had a great deal of success with the
suggestions offered here, it may give you a better understanding of what
you're up against - especially if you don't own Acrobat & Distiller;

You might be better off generating each sheet as separate PDFs & acquiring
one of the PDF 'stitcher' apps that are out there. Too numerous to mention,
but you can try Googling or go to VersionTracker.com for availability.
