Print Date/Time of Appointment

How can you get it to show the date and time of a Meeting Request that was
sent? Basically, we schedule a meeting, send it out to the recipients, go to
the Sent Items and print it out. When we print it, it shows everything
except the date and time that the email was sent, which we need for tracking
purposes.
 
Did this make sense? If so, does anyone have an idea how I can get a meeting
to print out so that it shows the date and time that the meeting request was
sent out?
