Custom automated response to calendar conflicts

Is there a way to modify the automated response sent to folks that send a
conflicting meeting request. We are looking to decline a meeting that
somebody is sending that creates a conflict, but with more that must a
decline message. More like - “This meeting was automatically declined because
it conflicts with another appointment. Please contact XXX"

This may be possible using a script on the server but its not something
offered within outlook. Sorry.
